Fat Balls

Fat balls fall in the category of fatty feeds and consist of a mixture of cereals, beef tallow, feed lime, seeds and nuts. As with the other fat products, this is the favourite type of food for many wild birds the whole year through, not just for tits. The balls are encased in netting so they can be easily hung up on a tree branch or other individual positions. The balls without the netting are suitable for the feed dispensers.
